- Applications from Turkey will be evaluated according to the order of application in order to maintain the 45% quota.

- After the congress, the proceedings books with ISBN will be published on November 30, 2025.

- The official cover letters of the organizing committee assignment required for associate professorship and academic incentive applications will be shared with the participants after the congress.

- It meets the YÖK ACADEMIC INCENTIVE criteria. Official letters showing the number of papers and their distribution according to the participating countries will be shared with the participants after the congress.
