Congress Registration

• Papers submitted to the congress system are reviewed by at least two referees.

• The final decision regarding the acceptance of a paper is made taking into account the majority opinion of the referees.

• A double-blind peer review process is applied; the names of the author(s) and the referees are kept confidential from each other.

ULEAD 2026 Registration Fees

(If there is more than one participant for a single paper, each participant is required to pay the amount specified in the table below.)

Instructions for Payment of Congress Registration Fee

Participants can log in via the congress website, click the "Review" button in the congress registration section, and click the "Make Payment" button located to the right of the relevant paper title to complete the payment via virtual POS. Alternatively, payments can be made directly to the specified IBAN address.

• Even if their papers have been accepted, researchers who fail to pay the registration fee will not be included in the congress program.

Refund Policy

• Registration fees will be refunded for cancellations made until October 20, 2026. No refunds will be issued after this date.

• Participants who pay the registration fee but fail to attend the congress or do not cancel their participation by the specified date cannot claim any rights to a refund or compensation.

**Registration Fee: The registration fee covers paper presentation, congress materials, and events organized throughout the congress.
