Dear Educational Researchers

The 22nd International Congress on Educational Research, the 15th International English Language Education Research Conference, and the 9th International Conference on Research in Applied Linguistics—traditionally organized under the auspices of the International Association of Educational Researchers (ULEAD)—will be jointly hosted by Birunu University this year.

Organized through the collaboration of ULEAD, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, and Birunu University, the congress will take place in Istanbul on November 6–7, 2026. The main theme of this year's congress has been determined as "Transformation in Higher Education and Educational Research." The congress will feature scientific research and field applications within the following primary areas:
